Most frequent questions and answers

Please allow for 2-3 weeks of processing. Our team is working very hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when the order has shipped. Due to COVID-19, shipping and production delays are expected. Order early!

If you’ve already received your package, you can make exchanges and returns for up to 21 days after you’ve received the item. Please email customerservice@thenittyway.com to start your exchange process.

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact customerservice@thenittyway.com as soon as possible and describe your situation. Don’t forget to include your order number and the size your are requesting.

Send an email over to customerservice@thenittyway.com to change your shipping address. As long as we have not shipped your order, you have time to change it.
